Shipping & Returns

Shipping Details:

UPS and USPS shipping is available to you our customers.  If another method is required, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Any additional incurred charges for alternate shipping methods will need to be received before a package can be shipped.  Most items ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.  Depending on your location and choice of transit, orders may take as long as two weeks to receive. UPS tracking numbers will be provided if we have a current email address.  USPS does not offer tracking numbers on their Parcel Post or Priority Mail shipments, only proof of shipment.

* To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. Then click on the small picture of the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner (located next to 'log In'). This will bring up a page that show you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled 'Destination Zip Code'. You can try different shipping methods by clicking on the down arrow located next to 'Shipping'. Select a shipping method (e.g. USPS, UPS, etc...) and then click Recalculate. This will show you shipping charges before placing your order or entering any personal information.
 
 
Return/Refund Policy:
 
We offer a one year guarantee against manufacturer’s defect with proof of purchase.  And we do allow full purchase price refunds if you are not completely satisfied and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of order.  Shipping cost to and from are not included in refund.
 
 
Gift Certificate Policy:
 
Gift Certificates are valid for one full year from date of issue.  This does not apply where prohibited by law.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.  Credit only will be issued for any unused portion of a Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates may be used on merchandise and shipping cost.
